1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Legal Capacity

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 77jl8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 77jl8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus funds accrued across those accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout their use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

4.4 Account Transferability

Accounts are non-transferable. Players may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of their 77jl8 account or any associated balance to any third party. Any attempt to do so will render the account subject to immediate closure.

5 KYC Verification

77jl8 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. All Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., SSS, UMID, PhilHealth, driver's license, or passport);
• A recent selfie photograph for facial recognition and identity confirmation;
• Proof of address (if requested), such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three (3) months;

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

Available methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

6.5 Prohibited Funding Sources

8 Game Rules and Conduct

Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail for game-specific matters.

Wagers placed are final and binding upon confirmation. 77jl8 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a manifest error in the displayed odds, game outcome, or platform malfunction. In such instances, stakes will be returned to the affected Player's account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77jl8 platform:

11 Account Suspension and Closure

77jl8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, without advance notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player's account has been used in connection with fraudulent, unlawful, or collusive activity; (c) KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable period after request; or (d) suspension is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory directive.

11.2 Closure by the Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting 77jl8 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus funds will be cancelled. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via their most recent verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC or compliance checks.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 77jl8 may charge an administrative maintenance fee of up to ₱100 per month against dormant account balances. 12 Intellectual Property

Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the 77jl8 platform without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of 77jl8 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, 77jl8 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings arising from use of the platform; (b) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages howsoever arising; (c) any technical failures, system downtime, or interruptions to service caused by factors beyond 77jl8's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

77jl8's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 77jl8's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Laws.

14 Amendments to These Terms

77jl8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the 77jl8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept revised Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 77jl8 arising from or in connection with these Terms or any gaming activity on the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 77jl8's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to the 77jl8 Customer Support team, which will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavour to issue a final response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents 77jl8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
